WPL Eliminator: Mumbai Indians soared to victory against the UP Warriorz, securing a 72-run win in the Eliminator of WPL 2023 at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. In pursuit of 183, UPW was all out for 110 in 17.4 overs. The sole bright spot was Kiran Navgire who smashed 43 runs off 27 balls. In contrast, it was a disappointing day for UPW overall.

Issy Wong rocked the Eliminator fixture with four wickets, including a hat-trick, and Saika Ishaque had two dismissals as MI set a target of 183 runs. Nat Sciver-Brunt finished the match up with an unbeaten 72 runs off 38 balls. Mumbai Indians won by 72 runs to secure their place in the WPL Final against Delhi Capitals.

WPL Eliminator: Issy Wong’s hat-trick and Nat Sciver-Brunt’s fast 50 runs helped Mumbai Indians Women beat UP Warriorz by 72 runs and secure a place in the final.

Kiran Navgire on the other hand, contributed to the UP Warriorz well. MIW’s captain Kaur’s decision of taking Wong to bowl worked like wonder and helped the team win. From bowling to batting, MIW chased the score very well, it seemed like the ground favored them to achieve success.
